Allison Lenthall, MA, MBA

Allison is the Senior Corporate Liaison for the Physicians Committee of Responsible Medicine. She joined the Physicians Committee after working as the Director of Patient Satisfaction for a Virginia hospital. Her healthcare knowledge, MBA and experience in Communications has equipped her to forge relationships with hospitals, universities, and other organizations to promote the use of plant-based diets. Allison focuses on implementing the American Medical Association’s Healthful Food Options in Healthcare Facilities Resolution, the Let’s Beat Breast Cancer campaign corporate outreach, the Spanish language plant-based health immersion ¡Más plantas, más salud!, and the promotion and adoption of Universal Meals. Allison has lived and worked internationally and has experienced the intricacies of eating in various situations first-hand.
